These terms govern your use of Ethos, operated by ClickMark AI. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to them.
The service
Ethos is a multi-tenant AI workspace that connects to your Instagram account and helps you respond to direct messages and comments automatically, in your voice. You connect your own Instagram account and configure how Ethos replies on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ethos only for lawful purposes and not to send spam, harassment, deceptive content, or anything that violates the rights of others. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts you are not authorized to use, or misuse the platform.
Automated replies and your responsibility
Replies generated by Ethos are sent on your behalf and under your authority. You are responsible for the content sent from your connected account and for complying with Instagram’s platform policies and terms, as well as all applicable laws. You should review your configuration and monitor the messages sent on your behalf.
No warranty
Ethos is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated replies may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMark AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, including replies sent on your behalf. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Ethos and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or its users. On termination, your connection and stored tokens are removed.
